MICROBIOME ANALYSIS
The intestinal flora is involved in numerous health-related functions of the body - and is therefore the key to greater well-being.
The key factor intestinal flora
What is a microbiome?
The human microbiome consists of around 30 trillion bacteria and fungi that colonize our bodies - most of them in the gut. There, these microorganisms are responsible for the utilization of food, but also for the vitamin balance. These "little helpers" fulfill important functions for an intact intestinal mucosa. They also support the body in fighting inflammation, detoxifying and utilizing food components that are particularly difficult to digest. In short: intact intestinal flora is an essential prerequisite for health and well-being.
The composition of the microbiome is individual.
The good thing:
We can positively influence our microbiome by adapting our lifestyle and diet and actively contribute to keeping our gut and other organs healthy and strengthening our immune system.

Your personal microbiome report in just a few steps
How the analysis of your microbiome works
You will receive a test kit with everything you need to take and return your stool sample - easily and conveniently from home.
We examine the sample you send us with regard to numerous criteria that provide information about the state of your microbiome - above all balance and diversity as well as the presence and ratio of individual bacteria to each other.
Your intestinal flora is then compared with regard to the three common colonization variants (so-called enterotypes). This results in derivations for your recommended diet, which are explained clearly in the report.
